74Gary Allen Soto, 56, of Kalaheo, Kauai, a Kauai County equipment operator, will be remembered in a celebration of life 6:30 p.m. Monday at Garden Island Mortuary, Lawai, Kauai. He died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Faith M.; son Garrison; daughters Karyle and Dyanne; mother Dolores; brother Bruce; and sisters Trudy Azeka, Kelly Rockstrom and Peggy Bray. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
