James Toshiro "Jim" Muratsuchi, 66, of Kaneohe, a retired Army lieutenant colonel, Marine Corps general engineer and former regional manager at Forest City Residential Management, died at home. He was born in Hachiman, Japan. He is survived by wife Peggy Jo D., sons Jared T. "Red" and Jordan T., father Joe I., mother Machiko, sister Irene M. Sadoyama and two grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m.
