81Robert Masaji Sumitomo, 65, of Honolulu, a retired city chief planner, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife June; daughters Meagan Yoneshige and Jullian Sumitomo; brothers Gary, John and Alan; sister Nancy Nunokawa; and a grandchild. Visitation: 3 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
