Preceded in death by parents, Taro & Kame; wife, Sally Honorata; and brothers, Takashi, Albert, & Ronald. He is survived by son, Thomas Toshio Takushi; daughter, Marian Aiko (Randy) Kozlovsky; brothers, Kiyoshi (Matsue) Takushi, Samuel Shiro (Margarete) Takushi; sisters, Kimiko Kamisato, Yoshiko Kaneshiro, Lilly Tokuhara; 4 grandchildren; 9 great-grand- children; 1 great-great-grand- child. Visitation 9:30 a.m., Thursday (Aug. 20) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Memorial service 10:30 a.m.
