Herbert Shunji Okamoto, 74, of Kaneohe, a retired Air National Guard radar technician and an Air Force veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carol, son Keith, daughter Raina and a grandchild. Visitation: noon Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 1 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
