74Nancy Chiyo Takayesu, 92, of Hilo, a retiree from Bar Harana, died in Hilo Life Care Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by companion Ben Lagapa; son Miles; daughters June Miyazono, Jeri Takayesu and Nina Salzman; brother Robert Nakaima; sisters Frances Kellett, Hilda Kaneshiro and Nora Regalado; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Celebration of life held.
