74Gary "Black" Miyashiro, 68, of Wailua Homesteads, Kauai, a retired Verizon supervisor, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Joanne Fujio; sons Chris and Levi; daughters Lisa Agcaoili and Lea Miyashiro; brother Melvin; sisters Patsy Zulawski, Janet Neaves and Judith Sallee; and a grandchild.
