Reginald was an internal review auditor for 42 years in Okinawa and Camp Zama, Japan. He is survived by spouse, Mitsuko "Micky" Tengan; son, Terence T. (Satomi) Tengan; ; daughter, Sandra Yumi Tengan; sisters, Clara K. Tengan, Grace Nakamatsu. Visitation 5:30 p.m. Saturday (Aug 29) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; memorial service 6:30 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers please.
