Arthur Joseph Roeder III, 64, of San Diego, formerly of Ewa Beach, a Navy veteran and a civil service worker at Barbers Point, died. He was born in Cincinnati. He is survived by wife Dee; stepson Edward T. Rincon; parents Arthur Jr. and Lenore P.; and brothers David, James and Steven. Service held. Condolences: oahumortuary.com.
