Roger Hifumi Nozaki, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Shipyard structural welder and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died. He was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Betty Y., daughters Rene' K. and Lynn Y., and sister Ruth T. Mizuno. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
