75Kikuyo Shimomura Ota, 95, of Lihue, a retired Tip Top Cafe waitress, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Wailua, Kauai. She is survived by sons Sanford H. and Arnold, daughters Janette M. Matsuoka and Diana S. Navarro, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 4 p.m. Sept. 12 at Lihue Hongwanji. Private inurnment.
