76Mitsue Arita Nogami, 100, of Lihue, a retired florist, died at home. She was born in Koloa, Kauai. She is survived by son Wilfred, daughters Elaine Fukushima and Harriet Junttonen, five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services held.
