71Shigeaki Inoue, 75, of Honolulu, a retired executive chef for Kyo-ya Restaurant and former executive chef for Momoyama Restaurant at Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel, died in Honolulu. He was born in Tokyo. He is survived by wife Ayako, daughters Hisako Inoue and Youko Olson, three sisters and two grandchildren. Private services.
