82Casimiro Yadao "Miro" Carpio, 79, of Kapaau, Hawaii, a retired Mauna Kea Beach Hotel housekeeper and an Island Harvest employee, died at the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Sanchez Mira, Cagayan, Philippines. He is survived by sons Albert and Jose; daughters Lucilla Rositano, Leila Kehoe and Catherine Furukado; brothers Saturnino, Simplicio and Arsie; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. All-night vigil: 4 p.m. Friday at the family residence in Kapaau, 54-367 Union Mill Road. Additional visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Hawi. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Hawi County Cemetery. Casual attire.
