72Elsie "Lani" Soto, 74, of Kapaa, Kauai, formerly of Nawiliwili, Kauai, a homemaker, died. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by son Elmer Conant, daughter Beatrice Conant, brother William Nakamura, sister Madeline Nakamura and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 25 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
