73Frances Shigeko Sato, 91, of Honolulu, a retired Queen Kaahumanu Elementary School teacher, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by daughters Kathleen M. and Edynn Y. and sister Chooko Shackett. Services: 1 p.m. Sept. 26 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
