80Margaret Otei Oshiro, 93, of Kauai, a retired licensed practical nurse for the State of Hawaii, died in Ann Pearl Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. She was born in Waimea, Kauai. She is survived by sons Lloyd and Galen; daughter Rowena Young; sisters Chikako and Rachel Yamashiro, Haruno Souza, Dora Yamamoto and Marjorie Honjiyo; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
