Richard Itsuki Inouye, 88, of Aiea, a retired Hawaiian Tel supervising engineer and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Misuko; sons Reid, Roy and Owen; daughters Vicki and Valerie; brothers Ralph and Clyde; sister Edith Oba; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
