81Mele Vai Uhatahi, 57, of Honolulu, a homemaker, died in Kuakini Geriatric Care. She was born in Tonga. She is survived by husband Taniela; sons Ian, Maake, Pita, Ongo, Tupou, Maikolo and Unalotu; daughters Palu, Elema and Ofa; brothers Pita and Tau Vai; sisters Elema, Moana and Falesui Vai; and 11 grandchildren. Services to be held in Tonga.
