David F. Manchester, 69, of Mililani, a retired Air Force major, died in Mililani. He was born in Syracuse, N.Y. He is survived by wife Theodora, son Jackson, daughter Melissa Frank, brother Dennis and five grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary, Waipio-makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha attire. No flowers.
