Arthur M.K. "Art" Goo, 64, of Honolulu, a retired electronic engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Barbara, son Jason W.O., daughters Tina M.J. Vidinha and Alicia M.L. Hashimoto, brother Ronald, sisters Carol Matsuda and Aileen Deese, and seven grandchildren.
