74Hang Fan Leung, 92, of Honolulu, a retired Trader Vic's chef, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Shunde, China. He is survived by sons Lester, Raymond, Alan and Joe; daughters Shirley Choy and May Taira; brother Lau Fan; sister Yun Dae; and seven grandchildren. Taoist services: 10 a.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Private burial.
