He is survived by son, Zaldy (Dina) Baligad; brothers, Clemente Baligad, Jose (Risalina) Baligad; sisters, Segundina (Cresencio) Lacuesta, Teresa (Antonio) Grande; 2 grandchildren. Visitation 6:00 p.m., Monday (Sept. 21) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Wake service 6:30 p.m. Visitation also 9:30 a.m., Tuesday (Sept. 22) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel. Mass 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
