Duke Takeshi Kawasaki, 94, of Honolulu, a retired state senator and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Maunalani Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Guy, daughter Jean Okimoto, brother Harold and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church of Honolulu in Kaneohe. Services: 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations suggested to an organization of your choice. Aloha attire.
