Gerrick Shigeru Nishimura, 92, of Pearl City, an Army veteran and a retired Federal Aviation Administration electronics technician, died in Pearl City. He was born in Kukuiula, Kauai. He is survived by wife Lynette H.; sons Keith, Stuart and Melvin; daughter Valerie Maeshiro; brothers Yukitsugu, Yoshitsugu and Robert; sisters Tsugie Kadota, Helen Ebesu, Sara Imamura, Reiko Iga and Kazue Inouye; and six grandchildren. Private services.
