Leroy Jim Kai, 73, of Aiea, a carpenter, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughters Sandy and Sharon; brothers Leonard and John Deguilmo, and Clyde Bumanlag; sister Linda Deguilmo; and five grandchildren.
