Robert Paul "Bob" Takushi, 71, of Kailua, a state administrator and an Army veteran, died in City of Hope in Duarte, Calif. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Janet, sons Robert "BJ" and Daniel, daughters Alicia Andes and Jennifer Bott, and five grandchildren. Visitation: 2 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, Koolau Ballroom.
