81Sally Kuulei Haina, 71, of Honaunau, Hawaii, a Mac Farms of Hawaii factory supervisor, died in Nakamaru Hale. She was born in North Kona, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Clinton and Clayton Sr.; daughters Theresa Haalilio, Leeann Haina, Tiare Mamac Sr. and Elisalyn Carvalho; brothers Alfred Sr. and John Uina; adopted brother Robert Uina; sisters Nancy Yamamoto, Janet Higa and Marie Henry; 22 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 11 a.m. Sept. 26 at Milolii Village Pavilion. Casual attire. Flower lei welcome.
