77Elaine Prescott-Singh, 64, of Makaha, an entrepreneur, died in Honolulu. She was born in Vavau, Tonga. She is survived by husband Victor Singh, son Vijay V. Singh, daughter Alaana Seno, brothers Sione and Tevita Prescott, sisters Caroline Prescott and Patricia Glaser, and five grandchildren. Services: 3 p.m. Thursday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel.
