75Fred Katsuji Watanabe, 94, of Kaneohe, a retired Federal Aviation Administration electrical mechanic, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Clara N., son Eric K. and daughter Eloise Rayl. Private services.
