81Annabelle Ouililani Pa Kam, 82, of Kalihiwai, Kauai, a sales counselor for Hawaiian Memorial Life Cemetery & Borthwick Kauai Mortuary, died. She was born on Oahu. She is survived by sons Wendell, Chauncey, Thomas "Kevin," Abraham, Christopher and Gaylord; brothers Chauncey, Stanton and Stanford Pa; sisters Elizabeth Chai and Harriet Nakea; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Kailua. Mass: 11 a.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Nov. 14 at St. Sylvester's Catholic Church, Kilauea, Kauai.
