He is survived by companion Randy Wong; daughter Jasmine Furtado; parents Henry P. and Carolyn L.; brother Cyd L.; sisters Berni Ortiz, Brenda Ah Mook Sang, Bianca Ortega and Haromoni Ramones; and a grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
