72Floyd Frank Norris, 81, of Hilo, owner of Fantasia Jewels and Fantasia Pacific Inc., and an ABC Interiors retiree, died at home. He was born in Cedar City, Utah. He is survived by sons Richard and Kevin; daughters Colleen Norris and Stacy Packard; sisters Alice Brimhall, Jill Talbot and Glenna Rae Lukes; 18 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
