80Toribio Pumaras Layugan, 75, of Ewa Beach, a retired carpenter, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Banna, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by brothers Pedro Sr., Rodolfo and Dionicio; and sisters Helen Sampiano and Delia Pascua. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
