Joseph Edward Fontanilla Cabaong, 76, of Pearl City and Waianae, a retired welder at Pearl Harbor and an Army National Guard veteran, died. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by son Edward Jon, stepmother Taliitoga, brothers Abraham and Marcus, and sisters Mary Dykas and Josie Cabaong. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Mortuary.
