He was born in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Emma D., sons Sherwin and Jayson, stepmother Nicasia Herminia R. Dumbrigue, brothers Artemio and Ferdinand Dumbrigue, sister Joyce Dumbrigue and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Mortuary.
