81Hatsuko Okazaki, 98, of Honolulu, a retired waitress for the Fort DeRussy Officers Club, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by brother Wallace K. and sisters Gladys S. and Patricia S. Private services.
