74Muriel Jean Kuuipomakanohea Thurston, 82, of Honolulu, a retired loan officer for Honolulu Federal Savings & Loan, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Paul and Lawson, daughter Linda, brother Paul Strauch, sister Karen Kauhane, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1:30 p.m. Nov. 14 at Thurston Memorial Chapel, Punahou School. Services: 2:30 p.m.
