82Jose Cabel Peralta, 99, of Long Beach, Calif., a retired Waipahu Sugar laborer, died in Long Beach. He was born in Solsona, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by son Roger R., daughter Norma P. Greenly, brother Juanito, sisters Consolacion Foronda and Miranda Espiritu, and a grandchild.
