78Wayne L. "The Gov" Ramos Jr., 28, of Lower Waiehu, Maui, a cashier at Uptown Chevron, died in Wailuku. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents Wayne Ramos Sr. and Cheryl K.C. Mendez, stepfather Raymond Mendez, and sisters Loke L. Yoshizawa and Leimomi Ramos. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Faith in Jesus, aka Wailuku Door of Faith. Service: 11 a.m.
