Herbert Kanji Niitsuma, 89, of Honolulu, a former Tanigawa Photography owner and an Army veteran, died in Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Jane T., daughter Jan M. Kamisato, sister Ethel Garrettson and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
