He is survived by wife Audrey M., sons Daniel A.M. Jr. and Clyde K.M. Sr., daughter Audrey Eli-Kia, brother Stephen, sister Bertha Ann Kaahaina, 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 7 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at the mortuary.
