Yoshito Takamine, 89, of Honokaa, Hawaii, a retired division director with the International Longshore and Warehouse Union, will be remembered in services 5 p.m. Wednesday at Dodo Mortuary. He was also a member of the state House of Representatives and the Governor's Agriculture Coordinating Committee. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Kimiko; sons Dwight and Delbert; daughters Arlene Hashimoto, Melanie Fergerstrom and Karleen Kaohimaunu; brothers Yoshinobu, Takeshi and Robert; sisters Yaeko Tamayose, Sueko Kakazu and Yemiko Lum; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. Casual attire. No flowers.
