Takeshi Takemoto, 86, of Kahului, Maui, an Army veteran who served in the Korean War and a retired Hawaiian Commercial & Sugar Co. foreman, died at home. He was born in Makawao. He is survived by brothers Tadao and Yoshiharu and sisters Ruth E. Nishida and Tomoko Tokunaga. Inurnment services: 11 a.m. Friday at Maui Veterans Cemetery, Makawao.
