79George Shigeru Arakaki, 87, of Las Vegas, formerly of Hawaii, died. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by wife Lillian; son Stephen; daughters Elizabeth Maki, Georgene Tom and Laurie Arakaki; brother Henry; sisters Nancy Gordon, Hatsuko Kaneshiro and Doris Brown; and four grandchildren.
