Frederick Albert Kaleikaumaka Holck, 84, of Kailua, a retired Army colonel, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Carol J.; sons Eric, Stephen, Darrell and Matt; daughters Lian Mendoza and Lehua Nielson; sister Yolanda Silva; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
