Harry Seiki "Pecos" Tokuda, 80, of Honolulu, a retired electrician and an Army veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Betty; son Bryan; daughter Gayle Takiguchi; brothers Seiji "Bob," Seiko "Sam" and Seikichi "Sei"; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
