Robert Shigeru Tagami, 83, of Honolulu, a retired industrial hygienist for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Air Force veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Frances S.; sons Ron S. and Brian S.; brothers Bernard M. and George H.; sisters Mildred S. Chikuma, Gladys M. Kadoyama and Betty A. Ito; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
