74Florence Ka'ipoleimanu Neumann, 87, of Honolulu, a retired state Tax Department tax clerk, died in Honolulu. She was born in Kohala, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Charles F. "Sonny" III, daughters Charlene L. Yonai and Ipo Chang, brother James "Butch" Lincoln, sisters Jane Jonolino and Dorothy "Dottie" Kauhane, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
