76Tsutae Kuwabara, 82, of Potomac, Md., a teacher and dental office manager, died in Potomac. She was born in Captain Cook, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Roger; sons Neal, Jeffrey and Alan; sisters Loraine Asakura, and Asae and Sue Nakano; and a grandchild. Services in Potomac. No flowers. Donations suggested to the Oral Cancer Foundation fund.
